As we approach the end of another remarkable year, we want to pause and extend our deepest gratitude to all our customers, partners, and supporters. 2025 Highlights:

This year has been one of transformation and innovation at OctaWeb:

 

  • Client Portal Overhaul – We completely reimagined our client portal, introducing enhanced security features, streamlined navigation, and improved usability. These updates were designed with you in mind, making it easier than ever to manage your services confidently and securely.

 

  • Accessibility & Training – Our team underwent a comprehensive training programme, developed with guidance from RNIB, Mind, and the National Autistic Society. This ensures that our support services are more inclusive, empathetic, and accessible to all.

 

  • Launch of Ollie Webb – We introduced Ollie Webb, our AI-powered chatbot, designed to provide instant support and guidance to clients. Ollie has already become a trusted companion for many, helping streamline communication and improve response times.

 

  • OctaWeb Connect Launch (February) – A call management systems that is packed with features and flexibility, this cost-effective service saves businesses on average £150 per month – that’s a yearly saving of £1,800 – while delivering greater flexibility and reliability.

 

  • cPanel Reseller Hosting & Domains (January) – We expanded our portfolio with the launch of cPanel Reseller Hosting and Domains. In October, we went further by negotiating even cheaper domain pricing for our customers. For some, this meant a price decrease on future renewals – a unique benefit that sets OctaWeb apart from other hosting providers.

 

  • OctaWeb for Business Expansion – We placed a strong focus on our business services, supporting companies with tailored solutions that empower growth and efficiency. This commitment will continue into 2026, alongside exciting new developments for our consumer and Connect customers.

 

  • Client Achievements System – We launched our Client Achievements initiative, giving customers the opportunity to celebrate their milestones and contributions to OctaWeb’s journey. This system recognises the shared success between OctaWeb and our clients, highlighting the impact of their partnership with us.

 

  • Industry Recognition – We were honoured to be nominated for several small business awards throughout the year, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

 

  • Customer Trust – We are proud to have been rated Excellent on Trustpilot, reflecting the confidence and satisfaction of our valued clients.

🎄 Christmas and New Year Operating Hours:

To allow our team to spend quality time with their loved ones, our phone lines and live chat services will be closed on the following dates:

24th to 26th December

31st December to 1st January

During this period:

  • Phone lines will be redirected to our emergency line.

  • Our support team will remain available via support tickets on the client portal, with a commitment to respond within 4 hours.

  • On Christmas Day, we will operate an Emergency Telephone Support service only.
