If you need to transfer your domain to another registrar, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open a Support Ticket #
To initiate the domain transfer, you will simply need to open a support ticket with us and provide your new registrars Domain Tag (IPS Tag) for us to initiate the transfer away from us.
We will action the request within 12 hours.
For security we may send you a One-Time Password to ensure that you have requested the domain to be transferred.
Step 2: Turn Off Registrar Lock #
Head to your domain and turn off the registrar lock as shown below:
Eligibility Requirements #
Before initiating the transfer, please ensure your domain meets the following criteria:
- Domain Age: The domain must be at least 60 days old.
- Status: The domain cannot be in Pending Delete or Redemption status.
- Recent Transfers: The domain cannot have been transferred within the last 60 days.
