How to Appeal Your Ban #
If you believe your ban was placed in error and you are certain that you have not breached any of our Terms of Service, you may appeal by emailing getintouch@octaweb.co.uk using the following template:

- Reason for Your Appeal
Our team will review your request. If successful, we will notify you via email. However, due to the number of services we manage, we are unable to respond to unsuccessful requests.
