Why have I been banned?

If your ban is a site specific ban that we are the hosting provider for please reach out directly to the site owner as we are unable to assist with these bans.

At OctaWeb, we take the security of our network and services as well as those of our customers very seriously. To ensure a safe and reliable experience for all our users, we may impose bans or restrictions on certain IP ranges or even specific countries when necessary.

Possible Reasons for Your Ban #

  • Security Restrictions: We may block access to certain regions or IP ranges to maintain the integrity and security of our network.
  • VPN Usage
  • Fraudulent Orders
  • High-Risk Locations: Orders from high-risk countries or locations where we do not provide services may be blocked.

How to Appeal Your Ban #

If you believe your ban was placed in error and you are certain that you have not breached any of our Terms of Service, you may appeal by emailing getintouch@octaweb.co.uk using the following template:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Your IP Address
  • Your Country
  • Reason for Your Appeal

Our team will review your request. If successful, we will notify you via email. However, due to the number of services we manage, we are unable to respond to unsuccessful requests.
