What’s Changed
Our previous plans – Personal, Pro, Expert, and Expert XL – served us well, but they no longer reflect the infrastructure we’re capable of delivering. The new Cloud range replaces them entirely with a lineup that offers more cores, more RAM, more storage, and a lower monthly price across the board.

For Existing Customers
If you’re currently on one of our legacy plans, this is great news for you. You can upgrade to the equivalent new Cloud plan and save money while getting significantly more for your server. Head to your client portal to make the switch – the process is straightforward and our support team is on hand if you need any help.
We’d encourage every existing customer to review the new pricing. In most cases, you’ll be moving to a more powerful plan and paying less than you are today.
Why We Made This Change

The rename from Personal/Pro/Expert to Cloud Starter/Plus/Pro/Elite also reflects where we’re heading as a platform. Cloud-first, scalable, and built for modern workloads.
