Service Announcement Christmas & New Year

As we approach the end of another incredible year, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers, both past and present, and our valued partners. Your support has been instrumental in our phenomenal growth this year.

2024 Highlights:

This year, we have welcomed 2 new VPS nodes as well as launching our virtual dedicated servers and bare metal dedicated server range.

We also launched our VIP Rewards scheme, where we give back to our clients with a range of different rewards, including free cinema tickets, gift vouchers, discounts on services, and giveaways! Additionally, we introduced the first-of-its-kind initiative within the hosting market: Random Acts of Kindness. We randomly give one lucky client a month their next invoice on us.

In April 2024, we took a further dive into our work with business clients and developed a custom website with a matching franchise portal for one of our clients, allowing them to further expand within their market.

Our free VPS trials, launched in July, were so popular that we had to temporarily suspend them last month – They are now back!

In June, we gave back to our chosen charity, Mind UK, and raised £65 in online donations via our Mental Health Mission, where we donated £1 from each invoice paid during that month. In July, we put on our walking boots and walked 25,000 steps to raise further funds to support Mind UK.

 

So – Whats next?

We can’t reveal too much of what we have planned for 2025 but watch this space!

 

Christmas and New Year Operating Hours:

We will be closed on the following days to enable our team to spend some quality time with their friends and family.:

24th to 26th December and 31st December to 1st January we will be closing our phone lines and live chat services.

Whilst our phone lines will be directed to our emergency line, we remain committed to providing exceptional service. Our support team will be available to assist you via support tickets on our client portal and aim to respond to all queries within 4 hours.

On Christmas Day, we will operate an Emergency Telephone Support service only.
