Please navigate to your Client Portal and ensure that all of your details are correct and match those held by your financial institution.
The most common type of issue we see is issues with the billing postcode saved to your account.

Try and remove and re-add your payment method here
Step 3 #
Now try and attempt your payment again. If you are still having issues please open a Support Ticket under the billing category.
