All OctaWeb staff complete yearly accessibility training designed to help them identify and understand diverse needs and vulnerabilities. This ensures our team is equipped to provide sensitive, effective support for all customers. This training is provided from different organisations including: Royal National Institute for the Blind, Mind, National Autistic Society and more!
