At OctaWeb, we believe every customer deserves services that are accessible, respectful, and responsive to their individual needs. If you have specific requirements – whether around communication, accessibility, or the way we support you – we’re here to make things easier.
How We Support You #
If you’d like us to tailor our support, you can request a disclosure to be added to your account. This lets our team understand how best to assist you.
Here’s how it works:
- Your disclosure is only visible to OctaWeb staff
- It can be reviewed only after your account is fully verified
- It helps us provide personalised, appropriate support
To make sure we’re always ready to help, every OctaWeb staff member completes annual training. This training is delivered by trusted organisations such as the Mind, the National Autistic Society, and others – so our team is equipped to recognise and respond to diverse needs with care and sensitivity.
Your Consent Matters #
Adding a disclosure means agreeing for the details you share to be stored securely on your account. This ensures we can support you consistently in future interactions.
- You can update or remove your disclosure anytime by contacting us
- All information is handled in line with our Privacy Notice
- Your disclosure will only ever be used to improve your support experience
Ready to Share? #
If you’d like to add a disclosure, simply log in to your client portal, click on Accessibility Support, and click Submit Accessibility Disclosure.
We’ll take it from there – making sure your needs are understood and supported every step of the way.
