• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data in certain circumstances (“right to be forgotten”)

• Object to the processing of your personal data
Making a Request #
You can exercise these rights at any time. Requests can be made in any format—whether by phone, live chat, letter, or email.
• You don’t need to give a reason for your request
• In most cases, we cannot charge a fee. A reasonable fee may only apply if the request is excessive, unfounded, or if you ask for multiple copies A of your data
• We will respond within one month of receiving your request
• Where information is provided, it will usually be shared digitally
What Happens Next #
• Our Legal Team will email you to acknowledge your request
• If we need more details, you’ll have 14 days to respond
• A completed request may take up to 28 days from confirmation
• You’ll receive your information securely via our online portal, with a link provided once your request is ready
